   What do you need the dress for? Is it something formal or just something that you want to wear on any day?

   Casual - Mandees, Forever21, JCPenney’s, Macy’s, etc.

   Formal - Clique’s (34th Street between 7th Avenue and Herald Square). They have prom like dresses downstairs.
