skip the Mirage. I would go to New York, New York. In the middle of everything, but still not pricey.

The strat has to have an enticement to get people to go that far north on the strip. This includes loose slots for the wife. Check out the web site below. I believe it is what you are looking for. I’m not an poker expert but it looks good.

For a guide to the location of video poker games in Vegas, go to my first source and scroll down to Las Vegas. You can then click on View Machines at the various hotels to see what kind and how many of each they have.
The second source will give you a list of scheduled tournaments at each hotel in Vegas, but you will have to do additional research to find out the type (most are hold-em) and the buy in.

Any one of the Harrahs casinos including: Ballys Flamingo Ceasers Harrahs & Paris. I would perfer those hotels because then you coud get more comps and stay at all those places. Also get free stuff at all those places.

The best place for video poker is the Hilton. Poker is great at Binion’s downtown.

MGM has the most video poker machines I have seen. They have alot of 5 cent ones that most others do not.
