I just went to the Wynn Buffet, it’s really nice. Kinda expensive though, but I felt I got my money’s worth. Also the champange brunch at the Paris is good too.

Wynn, Madalay Bay, Rio, and Paris have the best buffets… you can tell which ones have the best variety and are really good because of the price really good one’s average dinner price is $20-$30….

Not sure on RR advice. I live in Vegas. I liked the Planet Hollywood buffet when it was called the Aladdin.
Buffet to avoid the Palace Station!

Try the following websites for buffet restaurants and shows in Vegas.
My fav is the Spice Market at The Aladdin for the good variety and value for money pricing at only $13
Cheapo Vegas website is also a good site to do comparison of prices and get freebies.

AOL recently posted the “Best of 2007″ results. The number #1 buffet is listed as the Bellagio. I actually ate there in Nov. 2006 it was really good and not overpriced. The link below gives you the list, as well as links to the websites for each:

I am going to give you SOLID advice. Forget Rachael Ray. Go have sunday brunch at the Sterling Buffet at Bally’s. There is NOTHING like it. It is pricy - $53.00 — but exquisite! Maine Lobster, Sushi, caviar raw and cooked shellfish. rack of lamb, venison filets and Unlimited pours of Perrier Jouët. This is an experience in fine dining.
Featured in magazines, food shows, travel shows. I have been there and it is the best!

I believe she recently did a segment about the breakfast buffet at the Bellagio.
The poll results have Bellagio, Aladdin, and Carnival World at the Rio all winning for best buffet.
My personal favorite? None of them - most locals don’t ever go near the strip if they can avoid it, if only because of the traffic.

Definitely the Green Valley Buffet. The desert table is great and the main courses.

Go to one of the Station Casinos or one of my favorites is Arizona Charlie’s on Boulder Highway.

I don’t know which one Rachael Ray did that you’re referring to - unless it was Bellagio or the Mirage - both of which I hear are good.
Personally, I like the one at the Palms and the one at the Luxor. Can’t beat the prices (the Palms was $9.99 for lunch, and Luxor was like $18 for dinner).
STAY AWAY from the one at the Terribile’s Casino. It was AWFUL! Hot food was not hot. Cold foods were okay.

When you get to Vegas, start signing up for the players club cards at the casinos. Some are affiliated so the same card works at several casinos, but, when I signed up at the Bellagio, 2 years ago, one of the enticements to signing up was 2 FREE buffets. I’m not usually cheap, I’ve eaten at Picasso, Shintaro, Kokomo’s etc. and for my birthday in August I’m going to Craftsteak. But, free is free; and you’ll need your money if you gamble much.
Good fluctuations!

Rio Hotel & Casino. They have two different ones. All you can eat seafood which is like 35 per person but its worth it. The other one is Around the World which has sushi to prime rib.

Rio buffet. the spice market buffet @ aladdin/Planet hollwyood, i hear that the bellagio is good and mandalay, but those 2 are probably more than 25 during dinner time..u cant go wrong with Rio or Planet hollywood, one more suggestion, dont go to the excalibur buffet, its the worst.
I agree wit disneygirl2296..
