sorry that I can not help you out with a cheap hotel in Sharjah. Hope, that this will be answered by somebody else.
But - if you are short on money and looking for an employment in the UAE, please be aware that you have to leave and reenter the UAE on your own costs. It’s much smarter to look for a job in the UAE through a recruitment agency and enter with the right visa (employment visa) and travel expenses paid by the company.

Behind Rotana Sharjah are cheap hotel/appartments:
Hotel Al Zarka,has perfect appartments,been there 14 days.
Dana Hotel,lower quality and cheap.
and many more
They charge 150-200 uad a day depending on how long you stay.
