Do you know of a good hotel on the beach?

The state doesn’t matter. If you have stayed at a cheap hotel on the beach and you were happy with it. Please let me know where it was and how much it costs.

   We stayed at the Island Gulf Resort in Madeira Beach, FL. It was pretty cheap and they are timeshares that rent out directly to the public so you have a kitchen. The one bedrooms have the view of the beach. You sit on the balcony and just look at the water. The Candy Kitchen is across the street with home made ice cream. There is an inexpensive trolley that goes up and down the road in front of the hotel and you can take it to the supermarket, restaurants and John’s Pass with boats and shops.
