If you are a woman travelling alone the cheapest, safest place to stay in Beirut is the YWCA. Very clean, and modern.As for hotels I did not find any cheap at all.
Monthly rates:
Private with bath $275
Double room with balcony & shared bath on the floor $150
Visitors rates:
Private up to one week $25 a night
Private over one week $20 a night etc.

i agree with the above answer .. my friend stayed at the YWCA it’s amazing .. my cousin also stayed in Palm Springs Rawche but i think it’s expensive …
