Where do i find cheap hotels in Guangzhou?

Hi guys, can i get any suggestion of any cheap hotels in Guangzhou? At least anywhere near Beijing Road or Haizhu market, or any place near shopping places/ warehouses. They say you can get as low as 100 RMB per night… my budget goes to 100 to 150 RMB per night…

   I got a cheap hotel in Xian when I went to visit my friend who lives out there. We managed to get a place in a great location for a great price.

   I’m pretty sure they do Guangzhou too

   Try the Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, also known as New University City. There are many student hotels there and the area is very safe.

   I’d wager a bet that you could find better deals on the ground at least at some sort of cheap guesthouse, though. That’s how it often works in Asia.
