In or around the city will be pretty tough to get a good rate on, but if you stay at a chain hotel, you might be able to get a room for at leats 75 bucks a night, If youre comming here and you want to stay at a 5 star hotel buy pay little to nothing for what all the other guys pay, check out or, I’ve used these to stay at a Shereton Hotel for like 50 bucks a night and Westin Hotel for like 65 bucks a night! The Westin has the Heavely beds which are exactly that… HEAVANLY!!! you can buy the beds too it’s so funny… Hope this helps and good luck!!
Lissa is right ~ your best bet is probably priceline or hotels.com. If you really want specific options, consider the Howard Johnson on Boylston Street, the Midtown on Huntington Ave or the Courtyard Marriott in Copley Square. They are NOT fancy by any stretch but they art the cheapest you are going to get going directly (as opposed to going to an online place) and they are all VERY centrally located.

In June, it will be really hard to find a reasonable hotel. Quality Inns are known for their modest price and clean rooms.

Using priceline, I got a 5 stars hotel for $65 per night near the airport. But I had to wait and book it the last minute (1 day before the trip).
