try spincitytravel.com. They list all the hotels for the city your looking for with star ratings and customer feedback

Go on tripadvisor.com and go to the hotel section and it will lead you to alot of different ways to find the best priced hotel.

expedia.com or tripadvisor.com or orbitz.com they really all have the system down… though I have had GREAT luck on priceline.com
